Set between the steep slopes of the Pyrenees, the foothills of the Cévennes, the Mediterranean coast and the right bank of the Rhone River, the vineyards of the Languedoc benefit from an incredible diversity of soil types and climates.

Laurent Delaunay knows these terroirs like the back of his hand, having travelled extensively throughout the region in search of small plots of old vines growing at high altitudes in some of the region's finest appellations:
Corbières, Minervois, Faugères, Limoux...

Rounded stones shaped by torrents swollen by powerful Cevenol storms, sandstone, marls, limestone scree and schist compose the sun-baked, windswept terraces which characterize the harsh natural environment in which the grapes that give our wines their powerful character and Mediterranean typicity are the only form of vegetation that thrive.
