Le Chardonnay Le Palajo 2017 du Domaine de la Métairie d'Alon :
Light golden colour. Pure and generous nose offering a slight hint of oak, fresh butter, roasted nuts and fresh stone fruit. Nice texture with fine extract and grip, some buttery and smoke notes with fresh stone fruit, a vibrant acidity and long lingering finish.
Le Boréas 2016 de la maison Abbotts & Delaunay :
Intense dark inky purple core. Intense nose layered with some garrigue, dry spices, wild berries, plum and mild oak. The palate is ample with a soft extraction, generous fruit, spicy and nuanced with a well-preserved freshness and good length.
